Our linear table with linear motor drive HT-L is used as a base axis for a gripper system. The linear guideway installed in the axis was coordinated and adapted together with the customer.
As a profile rail manufacturer, we not only offer high-quality profile rails and blocks, but also install them in our linear axes. And all 100% made in Germany. This has the great advantage that adjustments can be made quickly and easily in this range as well. Due to the high moment load of the gripper system and the alternating stresses caused by the weight to be transported, we have therefore installed our CG linear guideway with a significantly higher moment rigidity and grooved rail in this customer project. The advantage of the grooved rail is that the customer's existing distance measuring system can be inserted directly into the rail. In addition, the preload of the blocks, the wipers used and the grease used were coordinated and implemented with the customer.
